We never pressure sell
Nobody wants to be subjected to high pressure selling techniques, especially in their own home. That’s why it’s our policy NOT to sell in this way. Our experienced consultants will assess your individual requirements and if we don’t think a product is going to be truly beneficial to you, then we simply won’t sell it to you.

We custom make chairs to your exact measurements if required
Your wellbeing is paramount to us; because a chair should match your build and your lifestyle, we take measuring up very seriously. So it’s good to know that Great British Mobility has nationwide mainland coverage for its Home Demonstration Service. This service enables our practised advisors to make a full assessment of your needs and take the appropriate measurements. We can then take those measurements and manufacture a chair to your exact physical build to make sure you get the utmost comfort and support from it. .
Our two year total peace-of-mind guarantee and loan service
We offer a FREE two year parts and labour warranty on all of our products except scooters as standard. As our products quickly become indispensable, we also offer a free loan service. In the unlikely event that one of our products stops working, and cannot be repaired immediately, we guarantee to supply you with a replacement for the period it is away.
The Gold standard level of service
With Great British Mobility there is only one level of service – the highest. You can enjoy the Gold Service on all of our products at no extra cost, ensuring that you have continuity of use at all times. The Gold Service provides a same day break down call out. This means that If you call our service line before 10am on Monday to Friday we promise to get a service engineer out to you the same day. If you call after 10am, an engineer will visit the next working day.
Customer Handbook
Your new bed, chair, scooter or bath aid from Great British Mobility comes with its own Customer Handbook.
