we have introduced our Gold Service Standard.

Other mobility companies offer differing levels of service depending on cost with the Gold Service being the most expensive. With The Great British Mobility Group there is only one level of service - the highest, Gold Service on all our products at no extra cost, ensuring you have continuity of use of our products at all times.

The Gold Service offers you 48 hour call out (Monday to Friday) - if you call on a Friday or Saturday our service engineers will be out on the Monday or Tuesday.

One quick call to our service hotline 0800 032 3685 and our friendly customer service team will arrange for one of our fully qualified service engineers to visit you within 48 hours. They will phone you again on the morning of the visit and provide you with a two hour window for the appointment. What other company offers you this level of service as standard?

Free loan facility
In the unlikely event that one of our products stops working and cannot be repaired on site, we guarantee to supply you with a replacement for the period it is away, ensuring you can continue your lifestyle in its absence.
